I have Cancelled My jio fiber on 4th August. The cancellation has been successfully done on 6th august. And they said they will pick up the box on 12th august july but they have not picked up the box and from 12th August till today (13th September ) they are only rescheduling the picking up date and time . They not refunding my money . They are saying they will only refund the money after jio fiber box has been picked up and checked by their team .I called many times but take too much time for pickup the box and refund my money.
