Dear sir/ Madam
I would like to bring your attention to the above given topic the irresponsibility of JC Home Sales Team 4, Reliance Jio infocomm Ltd. Aditya mall vaibhav Khan Ghaziabad Uttar Pradesh
My jio fibre connection has been rescheduled two times by them. I have tried calling them but no one is answering my calls. However when I tried calling them from my other number they are answered my calls. After they accepted my calls they said they are sending someone. Even after informing them that I am in urgent need of a jio connection and yet they haven’t sent anyone.
I am highly disappointed with the service. I believe you would look into the matter.
