I signed up for Jiofibre internet service(jio fixed voice no +91 4035917811) on 12/04/2023 and not even a single day I could use the service. Raised multiple complaints and there was no solution. Finally cancelled the service on 01/05/2023 and was promised to receive a refund within 24 days. Jio people collected my device and also took my bank details to process the refund. Few days later when I called the customer care, I was informed that refund won’t be processed because I haven’t paid any security deposit. I kept saying that the Sales agent did not inform me about the security deposit and just took 6 month rental charges and processed the activation. Even then my issue wasn’t resolved.
