Text of Complaint by JIGNA SHAH:

My Jio registered no is 9820098040 ,I had recharged my jio fibre plan on 25/05/20 buying a silver plan which gives us a set top box , after patiently waiting for a week I called up the customer care helpline which said that due to no permission from my society they were not able to deliver and install the set top box, which is actually a complete lie. We have no such permission issues in our society. After calling several times we always get the same standard reply  , that within 4hours your complain will be resolved but no one turns up. I would like people to know about this system which is being practised by JIO. Also if they are not able to give me the set top box I would like to get a refund for the same
