Jio fibernet has not responded to multiple requests made for relocation. The site of new location has Jio service and still they have not attended to my request. I have raised multiple requests and each time they send an email few hours before the scheduled visit that the request is cancelled stating the address is not verifiable. The location to which I have requested the connection to be shifted does have jio service and same is shown on their app (jio app). Beyond that when I check for a new connection, I get a call immediately for a new connection for the same location. This seems like done on purpose and to take advantage of my situation and to add new connections to their sales numbers.
