I opted for a the new jio Fibernet connection on 18th July 2021. As the speed was not good, I raised a request for the cancellation. Their executive came and collected the device on 24th July 2021. Their support team agreed to refund the amount of Rs 4,948.92 with in 14 days. I raised a grievance on the national consumer help portal and now jio grievance officer is saying that the refund will be processed within 30 working days
