I had paid for a new Jio Fibernet connection on May 21st, 2021, but the connection did not happen even today. There was no reference number, account id, etc shared after requesting for a connection on paying the 3 months charges for the same. The person who contacted has his number switched off since then after the payment was made.

I had paid Rs 2824/- to JIO for broadband connection . Due to their timing issue , commissioning not happened. I claimed refund on June 5 , 2024 , Several mails exchanged but only assurance of refund but not received yet . Almost 45 days passed.
