On 22.04.2023 I have paid an amount of Rs. 2824.92 towards six months subscription amount as advance for JioFiber Net service. Accordingly the company has installed internet connection/router to my residence. At the time installing the said connection, I was told that, if I am not satisfied with the net services, within 30 days, I may discontinue and amount deposited by me will be refunded. The Jio Fiber Net internet service was totally down since 04.05.2023 till 18.05.2023. Hence, in the mean time on 08.05.2023, I requested the Jio Fibernet authority to cancel my subscription and refund the money deposited by me. Accordingly, on 14.05.2023, the technician of Jio net service has uninstalled the router from my residence. The technician has confirmed my bank details under the pretext of refund my amount. Now the company has refused to refund my deposit amount. Hence I requested the company to restore my connection by reinstalling the router, to which the company said “I regret to inform you that your JioFiber services are already disconnected. Your JioFiber services can not be resumed”. This is ridiculous, the company asked me to pay six months subscription amount in advance, on payment ,the company failed to provide services, the company has taken away the router provided under the pretext of refunding my hard earned money and now the company is neither providing internet service nor refunding amount deposited by me for six months subscription in advance.
