This is regarding Jio fibernet connection. We got Jio fibernet connection one year back. The services were good till July this year. Slowly the services are deteriorating. The internet connection is not working frequently. We did not have internet for 10 days. Every time we raise a complaint, the customer care closes it by mentioning the apartment society did not give permission. We do not have a society for our apartment. The service engineer would have not even come to my place. This is such a false way. Cheating!! This request id is 10th one which is closed with same comment “no society permission” SR000016VSJA
Customer cate team…. Check this! You will loose many customers if you close requests with false answer. Can I get the contact details of service engineer who closed the request with comment “no society permission” ? I would like to understand who,what,where and when he met to address the issue???
