Paid around 4000 rupees for new connection in April 2019. Was promised connection would be completed on the same day as the hub was right opposite to my house. However, no one turned out even after two days. They responded only when I called and reminded them.
Then I came jio fibernet service is very bad. I placed cancellation since the connection was not made. Cancellation was accepted by jio fibernet and they said I get a demand draft after 60 working days to my registered address (For new connection they demanded online payment, BTW). When it’s time return my money they saying this.
Leave 60 days, it’s been six months now still I did not get the money or demand draft.
