Eighth Reminder : Jio Fiber+DTH connection not installed even after paying the amount 21 days have been passed
Respected Sir,
One of your Sales Executive met me on 18 December 2020 and requested to book a connection of JIO Fiber + DTH Connection, so I paid the security money Rs. 2500 and got the confirmation message. After paying the amount the person promised me that connection will be installed within 2 days.
On 22 I got a call someone asking about my address, I told him my complete address, but till now nobody came to install the connection.
Please tell me what is this now 6 days have been passed there is no connection.
I am attaching the payment receipt with this mail please look into the matter and do the needful and INSTRUCT YOUR TEAM TO INSTALL THE CONNECTION URGENTLY OTHERWISE REFUND MY MONEY.
