Text of Complaint by ajit sharma:

This is to inform you that, I Ajit Sharma one of your jiofibre service customer is writing this letter, as per I find your service very slow and awful.
Respected sir, since the day I have taken your jio fibre service , I am facing a lot of problems.
Every second month my jiofibre connection detaches due to which Me and my children find it difficult to work and study respectively. Latest by 10th October 2020 my jiofibre connection detch as usual and believe me it came to an big loss for me as I am working from home , also my children faced problems as they were unable to take their regular schedule classes my son didn’t able to attend his test which was scheduled today . And now it’s been three days , I find myself helpless after taking jiofibre connection. I also informed it on the given service number more than 25 times in just three days . I want my connection to be repaired by tomorrow positively with full refund of one week since the day service is off- till the day it is going to be repaired as we have suffered through your side .
I would also like to complain about One of your service provider Mr. Bhanu sharma from Dayal Bagh, Agra
He took charge of my area but do not respond seriously to my matter at all . So lastly I would like you to kindly see to the same. Or else I am ready to take back my connection with full refund from your company .
