Dear Sir,
This is in regards to the below mentioned Service Request No SR00001BV1R3, i would like to inform you that i have been told that JIO server will not communicate with any Chinese server, and this was not told to us at the time of selling the Jio fiber plan, as a result we people have to suffer as i work for Chinese organization and cannot open my MS outlook from Jio wifi, hence cannot perform my official task, so my request is to resolve this matter, or else refund the complete amount back.

This is in regards to the above mentioned Service request number SR00001BV1R3, i would like to hereby inform that the wifi issue is still unresolved, although the service engineer visited our home, but was not successful in resolving the Wifi issue, so please send the Networking Engineer who may contact Backend server engineer and resolve the Wifi issue, or disconnect my Wifi connection and return the paid amount.
