Sir,
I m using jiofiber broadband at my home in aswathnagar bengaluru. Broadband is unserviceable from 3 days ,I called jio customer care saveral time but the issue is not resolved yet. They also booked engineer visit two times but no body came to location. In short jio is making fool of prepaid customers. Jio provide one month trial period .for that trial period it worked properly but the moment trial period is over jio started to show real colors.
