i had applied for Jio Fiber for my building at the shimpoli, Borivali mumbai jio Branch in August 2019.
I had also submitted the necessary documents (Building Approval Letter) the Authorised person visited the building and installed the wirring and drilled everything in the building premises, as Jio Fiber was already available in a building behind.
Later on there is no response from anyone till now , no devices were provided, also the installation is just halfly done. it has been more than 1 year my building members are complaining me and i had emailed my issue but there is no reply at all.
