Dear Team,
I’m having jio fiber connection with registered mobile 9494769488, I have raised uninstallation on 28th of May 2022, it’s been more than a month and I have follow up with customer care 1st level, and appellate team 2nd level, but no one responding for anything.. whenever I gave a call and they simply said it will scheduled so and so date with high priority but no response after that.
It’s really frustrating to customers to follow up with these many times, I felt they are looting customers money and doing there business without refunded, i paid 2500, device also not picked up amount also not refunded.
I request you to kindly help me to get it sorted out asap.
