I have requested to deactivate my account due to relocation.
Internet access has been disconnected but Service engineer not came nd pick up the SET TOP BOX.
3 times update the schedule appointment but still no one came. I have paid amount for SET TOP box and that should be refunded.

I have requested to deactivate my JioFiber account due to relocation.
Internet service disconnected but no Engineer came to pick router device.
Requested in December & Jio guys just rescheduling device pick up appointment from last 2 months. Such a pathetic support from them. Amount paid for router should be refunded.
