Hello,

My Jio Fiber internet connection was disconnected on 7th of Dec 2021, for no reason, without any prior information. I have paid for the services till 22.12.2021

I have been speaking to Jio Fiber officers. They admit it was a mistake. They disconnected my connection, and assigned that port to some other customer

However, they are unable to re-connect my services, and keep promising it will be done within the next 24 hours. Those 24 hours never come

I am suffering losses in my business due to sudden non-availability of internet services
