I have booked the jio fiber trial service and with in 20 days only I gave email for cancellation because improper internet service and lack of information on installation charges from sales person. I kept mail 21st of January, every day follow up mail chain happening and every day their reply is tomorrow person will come and Collect device and amount will be refunded in 14 days. But no one is coming and taking the device back. This looks like a fraud and forcibly selling the device with installation charges by fooling the customers in the trial service. Please do the needful. If I call customer service after so much connecting with a person, they simply listen the story and says same matter after keeping us waiting more time and disconnects the call without resolution.
