I cancelled my free trial within 30 days so i am asking for my full refund that is Rs 2500 but the company is delaying my complaint. No one has came till May 18th to pick up the broadband and setup box. My complaint no. is SR000014KH0. I registered my complaint on 9th April 2021. When i check status of my complaint on MyJio app, it shows no complaint request. It is in company policy that if you cancel your free trial within 30 days then you will get full refund. I have cancelled within 30 days and there is a delay in device pickup from their side and not refunding amount by showing this cause. Attached cancellation request file for your ready reference.
We request you kindly look into the issue and provide justice in refunding the amount.
