Aug 28th around 10:30 am I filed a complaint with Jio cust service that the internet wire from the booster got detached and to send the technician to fix it. Since then till now Aug 29th 2:50 pm, no technician has visited and I have spoken to 10 different cust service representatives who have just been given me assurity saying the technician will visit in next hour, we have escalated it to the department, will have a call back arranged from supervisor, etc. Etc. But no one has called nor a technician has visited my place till now.
