The technical manager kept assuring for 4 days that I will install the fiber in the house since all power
Grid and network is stable . Toddy morning 10 am he confirmed that I am sending the technician and I received the confirmation also for it .
After that neither technician nor manager was taking calls and suddenly when you call from unknown number they are saying now I can’t install . Keeping the customers in dark and fooling them is a very bad habit from this technical team. I am sending this information from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand.
when i confronted the manager for lying and making us fool for 1 week, his line is that it is not free of cost , so don’t complain to whomever you want . The attitude is very bad from this team. jio head office please take it as critical complain, I have all recording of your technical person on how they were fooling us
