A few months ago in February my apartment had a massive fire on my floor due to which my Jio Fiber cables got burnt from the outside.
For around 3 months the jiofiber wifi was completely shut off yet Jio asked us to pay the money for 3 months continuously and threatened us that if we dont pay the bills then they will not repair our wifi.
After calling Jio executives multiple times , they all give false advices saying do this and do that and we will fix your services. They are the ones who told us to pay the outstanding amount of 3 months (which we did not even use the jio fiber for). Another executive told us that the executive misguided us and gave us the wrong information.
The entire Jio service is completely unstable which no proper customer service number or any chat based helpline. Even after paying this amount, they have the audacity to send another bill to us and again threaten us that if we dont pay the amount they wont fix our jio Fiber.
Now we are left with no option but to take another fresh jio subscription for which we again have to pay the amount for 6 months and restart the service.
we want to claim 6100Rs from Reliance Jio which includes the 3 month bill for which we never used the services but despite that we were still charged the bill as well as an extra 2600rs that they asked us to pay on top to repair the device but still never repaired it till date.
