Hi ,
I Had took a jio fiber connection on december 10th, for a three months plan of rs 2474.69.But the salesman asked me to pay multiple time,because of the server issue in his mobile.Total 3 attempts he made me to pay for the connection,coveying refund will happen soon,no need to worry. One got refunded successfully and the other one got successfully debited, But the another one they kept themselves.But they are hiding the transaction id.I had escalated the bank statement,transaction id everyting credited to jio account.But they are trying to say amount is debited only once, from my account.So cheap customer service by Jio. Manager is saying we need to pay twice bribe for the successfull connection.
The Vendor name is Ranjith, his manager name is Sunil Ganachari.
