I bought a JIO fiber connection order no is NO0000HGTCZL on the booking day they charged me twice 1500 and 1500 for booking I complaint it to customer service they told me that we received the dual transaction and one will reversed back in 3 day form past 2 week i’m following up but investigation going no where also they promised me that installation will be done in 24-48 hrs but when ever I can they give me new date and time neither they are refunding me nor they are doing installing. Today 3 guys visited at my home for installation and told me that if you give me 1k bribe then I will install your fiber else will keep this on hold. they are only taking money and not providing any service. I am attaching Bank statement that they have charged me twice for installation.
