I have been using Jio Fiber for more than an year now. I have paid my bills until May, June I didnt and the outstanding was showing as Rs.197. I recently recharged and previosuly as well I have mentioned customer service whenever I received a call that I will recharge soon. My services were suspended without any phone call and I am getting calls from Jio Customer service that they need a slot for the technician to pick up the router and I have to go through the installation process again and I cannot use the same account. The customer service lady even claimed that my last payment of Rs.197 got failed whereas it was successful and its showing in my payment history. There is no way I am able to raise a service request or reach out to the customer service executive. I have asked the customer service to revoke the suspended services when I got a call and they are of no use, they just read the manual they were given to. When I try to reach out to customer service, as soon as I call, I received a promotional offer message.
I want my internet back and account back. I don’t have wifi now and Jio has pathetic customer service. I just got an automated reply email from them.
