I have canceled my Jio Fiber Annual Subscription on 29th August 2022. Which was after using for 9 days. (I purchased on 20th August 2022). I was told by Customer Care that my device will be picked up from my home before 5th September 2022. But it was not picked up. On the contrary, the online complaint status showed “Complaint resolved”. After that again I complained to customer care to pick up my device and give a refund. Till date, I have made several follow-ups on customer care but still, no one has picked up or given a refund. Jio Fiber has suspended my account but has not refunded my money.
