I am Writing this complaint against the Jio Fiber Network service, there was one sales person who was trying to convince me to get Jio Fiber network since January and tried calling me and convincing me that if i buy Jio Fiber by deceiving that, i will Get 100 Mbps network speed on Line and 60 Mbps speed on WIFI connections. but when i convinced about the network speed i asked to get it installed at my home. So I paid 2,500/- to the sales person and after 7-8 days I got it installed at my home, the Surprising part is that when I checked the network speed I got only 20 to 26 MBPS speed Approximately with the fluctuating rate of speed and sometimes it dropped to 1-2 Mbps, therefore I have contacted to the sales person and the one who came at my place for installation, but none of them was taking any sort of responsibility to get it resolved. Therefore, I contacted to the customer care and discussed about the Jio Fiber Speed Issued they were also not ready to understand my issue and stating those unnecessary reason which was not the part of my concern, they said I will get only speed which will necessary to access my online content if this is the reason I would never opt to buy Jio Fiber Network.
Basically, my concerns is that I have been CHEATED by Jio representative while saying that I will get 100 Mbps Speed in line and 60 Mbps speed on any WIFI connections.
So, as per me this is the False representation given to me with regard to the internet speed.
