I have requested jio care for shifting of jio setup to different home in the same society or building. I have called them multiple times and also called the local technician who helped me in replacing the jio router. He promised to come and help me fixing the issue. But he never turn up and now he is not picking the call.
Issue is 1. Customer care are pathetic and they don’t understand the issue what customer is facing. They disconnect the call at their will.
2. No one cares from the backend team to help the customer. No accountability or ownership.
Below is the email sent to appellate.mah@jio.com and yet no response till now.
This is an urgent matter and need your immediate attention. I have requested for shifting of jio fiber from A building to B building which is just 10 meters away on 1st of October. I was promised for a 24 hour call back and the ticket SR000012G3EA was closed with out my concern. After multiple follow ups with jio customer care (who are useless, worthless, shameless and no accountability to take up the request promptly) they have mentioned the the request SR000012G3EA has been closed for some reason (the rep never mentioned the reason upon asking) he adviced to raise a new request. I gave consent to him and he raised SR000012HHJU. He again promised that I will receive a call by 6th October and which didn’t happen till this time (I am writing this email).
A few concerns need to be addressed.
1. I am a loyal customer of jio who possess a jio mobile services, jio fiber as well as jio set up box. The reliabily is completely on jio.
2. I have paid a 12 months plan and now I don’t get a proper services (what is the use to using jio fiber anymore if you don’t provide a proper services. I am now planning to move to Airtel who has a great experiences in services).
3. I need a escalation path in jio where I can get the contact and resolution immediately.
4. I had a jio technician contact number. His name is Shivam who works in viman Nagar. He never took this seriously. On the other hand he also mentioned that as soon as I get the request number generated to call him and he will fix in a day. Trust issue. I trusted him badly and he ditched me on that.
Resolution: I need this resolved by tomorrow and you guys need to take this seriously or else refund by complete money 12k and I will with smile move to other service provider. I don’t mind if they charge more. I will start tweeting this issue and make it a bigger issue on twitter. Please be mindful with that and resolve this issue by tomorrow first half.
Aprreciate the pain a customer is undergoing and think from the customer perspective and act on the issue soon.
Kindly do the needful and escalate this matter to higher officials or to mukkesh ambani what’s going on with the customer. Thanks!

I am also facing the similar issues from JIO. And top of it they are not processing complete refund.
I have raised about 10 requests for Jio relocate and everytime my service was rejected citing incorrect Proof Of Address document. I called up customer care many times but everytime they asked me raise a ticket again and that they will escalate to their senior team who will get in touch with me. But no call nor a response until now. I raised another service request and again it got cancelled yesterday night.

Same issue .I requested for relocation of jio fiber connection to the same floor of my building on 3 Aug.2021. as I shifted to flat no 501 from flat no 502 on the same floor.i got only date over date.till date no technician came to relocate.i also mailed on jiofiber email id.they promised me to resolve the issue next day.but till date no process.very much frustrated.

Same issue .. not even a single person cares .. they only sms or email about recharge .. when we ask for service like relocation no one cares.. JIO owners need only money .. for which they unable to provide proper service
