My jio fiber is not working from 6 Days and everyday they are rescheduling the appointment. We are waiting for jio person to come and fix the issue but no one is coming.
Even the local agent commits to send person but later doesnt attend any calls. Your local agent is worst person and doesnt speak properly, no manners to speak to the customer.
My recharge is also going waste and issue is not getting fix, everyday the rescheule the appointment. Worst service, if you dont turn up we will install airtel.
