i have raised a return request for my setup box. Jio person Arpit came and collected setup box from me. Now its already 3 month over and when i am checking with customer care at jio ,they are telling setup box not returned.
Now That person Arpit having my setup box. And he is not picking up my call.
Because of this I am not getting my security deposit for set up BOX.
Please take a serious action on such fraud Jio employees. like Arpit(7088581125).
