The Jio fiber services has been down since Thursday evening and it’s been over 2 days now without any restoration done. The company has no escalation option available through any of the channels and the customer is forced to sit and wait. The technicians come as and when they feel like without any proper solution to the problem. It has been over 2 days and still services are down without anyone bothering to fix it.
