I started using Jio in office 2 weeks ago. I paid for 6 months and they didn’t send the invoice for the paid amount. Why is monthly rental when you say it as prepaid?
I have been asking for a human readable bill for last 2 weeks. All they do is reply the same thing again and again and each time there’s a different person replying on email.
The quantity / items in the invoice is not understandable and it doesn’t have a proper formatting. I never in my life had to deal with such bad customer service until I got Jio Fiber. Very bad experience.
