One of the JIO Executive visited and said about the offers and given new connection. From the day 1 of the connection there are some or other issues and after i call support system they will tell its fine from our end were as there is problem at our end and ask us to reboot the router after that they log a call and service engineer will visit and tell sir there is some cable damage and lay the cable after 2 days. Since 2 Aug 2021 there is some issue going on in JIO Fiber in my area there is no internet when i call customer care they tell there is no issue reported to us and they are sending engineers and they are telling you might received a message saying there is outage and once the internet is up you will be informed. And the more over in JIO Fiber we don’t have an option to shift the connection or keep for different Fiber Channel. We need to cancel the connection and keep again to a different pole or fiber channel. In a house if we are connecting 1 laptop and 4 mobiles network is hanging.
