Text of Complaint by Yashodhan Mundra:

Have been allotted service request number by JIO FIBER customer  care people 3 times in the 1 week but no one turns up. They themselves inform us about a time slot as per their engineer’s availability and yet no one comes in the given time slot. When we call back on the customer care to complain regarding the same, they just apologize and give us a new service request number but no one comes to our house. The most atrocious part is that we get a message that our service request number has been closed as it has been attended to, inspite of no one from their side coming to our house.
