I got a new Jio Fiber connection two days back but ever since the activation I am facing slow internet speed and connectivity issues. I have been calling the jio person (Tanmoy) who took the payment from me and provided the connection. He had said if we face any issues with the service we can cancel the jio connection and refund will be provided but now he is not responding to any of my calls. I have called him plenty of times but he’s neither receiving not Calling me back. Iam not able to contact and he’s acting like a fraud. Kindly help.
