My jio Fiber internet is not working since many days.
I had raised a service request, but no engineer has visited my house till now. Everyday I am told that the engineer appointment has been scheduled but no one visits. I have already made payment for the month since it is a prepaid connection, but not able to use the internet. Kindly look into the issue.
