I have cancelled my jio fiber connection in 22March2022. it has been more than 10 days, jiofiber is still not cancelled, services not stopped and engineers are not coming to pick up the device.

JioFiber Cancellation, Services stopped by 29 March 2022 (7 Days)
Router Pickup -Within 3 Days
As per the process and discussed with your team, cancellation of jio fiber number should be closed by 29 March 2022 and router should be picked up by 01 April 2022.
Today, 31st March 2022, I was checking with customer care and they are saying a new service request SR0000XXXXX and it’s NOT raised by me. Who and why did, I don’t have any information for this new request. How new request is raised without taking customer inputs? Legally, i am not responsible for that.
So much harassments are given to customer at time of cancellation of a connection. Pathetic service. Its seems they are doing fraud for money. No proper response from Jio Customer Care, Email, etc..
