Since, I am working from home. I needed a stable internet connection. I enquired about Jio and got to know that there was no service available at my location. Later sometimes, one of the Jio technician called me and asked for extra money to get the connection from different point to my house which is around 250mts away. Since I desperately wanted connection to work I agreed and paid him 3000rs extra. It has been 4 months, I had raised 6 service request. None of them resolved on time. On top of it, Jio technician didn’t respond to our calls. Later today Jio executive visited my home and asked to cancel the connection.
