On June 15th, My Jio Fiber internet services were down. I raised a service request and the next day Service Engineer said that Jio fiber services were removed at my place and asked me to “Cancel the 3 months internet subscription plan” as he cannot bring back the services. Later the next day, I escalated this existing issue and now in Jio app when I track the service request I see that they are postponing the resolution time and also not responding my calls either. Why should I cancel it, They need to fix the issue. I am a software engineer at Infosys and working from home, with the internet services down, I am unable to work and the client is not happy with me which is going to impact my career. Due to the inconvenience caused by Jio fiber team, I am expecting an early fix to this issue and a compensation of 1 lakh rupees for pausing my work at Infosys for 4 days.
