Hello, i was using jio connection from long service is useless because 4 to 5 days are there where connection is not working and sometime speed is slower then 2g connection after all this problem i was decided to discontinue this service i have reaised request at 29 march for disconnection but from that day no one is visiting my house for collect their device and provide me my deposite, after several days i used to call every day at jio customer care for complaint, staff is rude they are just repeating same line we are working from home so we don’t have any number for provide and not have any permission to transfer this call we just can schedule ypur next appointment thats it, i want to relocate from this place and i want to sort this issue as soon as possible and they are claming 7 maximum days for this service but its more than 7 days and still no one is providing perfect timing or service
