Hello I have installed jio Fiber connection at my office and initially I have goven 1500 as security of jio Fiber connection and before the completion of my package I asked company to refund my security and take back your modem because I was not satisfied with the jio speed and plan price too.
My jio voice no was 01135582695
And I have submitted the modem to company 15-20 days back..kindly resolve my issue as soon as possible
