I have uninstalled Jiofiber on 20th Of January 2023, with the order number CO0000T4JXC0. My device was picked up by their staff, Akash (contact number +91 6360 631 759) and said me the refund will be processed in couple of days. However, it’s already been quite some time but nothing have been processed. In the MyJio app it just shows work in process.?Have contacted the customer care multiple times during this time, but every time they said ticked is already raised, we will process in the next working day but nothing happens. Now, even the Jiofiber staff has stopped picking up my call, don’t respond to text and nothing is getting processed.
