I got jio fiber connect on 28th November 2021 under free one month trial plan and paid 2500. However, connection was surrendered on 23rd Dec 2021 and device was taken on 30th Dec. Service provider informed me within 7-14 days 2500 amount will be refunded as I am closed connection within one month of trial period. Till today I am yet not received single penny from them and whenever I am chasing them they always highlighting issue that they are working on the request. Could you kindly help me to get issue resolved and refund my money back? In this tough covid time, every money matter for me. Needed your urgent attention here please.
