I have taken the free trial of your Jio Fiberhome Broadband services for one month and deposited the amount of Rs. 2500/= as refundable security.
The Jio Fiberhome connection was installed on 5th July 2021 and on 2nd Aug 2021 i have initiated the cancellation request of the same. The device was picked up on 6th Aug 2021.
As per process the amount was expected to be refunded within 7-14 days i.e. max by 20th Aug 2021. Unfortunately till today i have not received the amount in my bank and post enquired at your services center not getting any satisfactory answer from them.
Today I also called your service center and got the same response that it will take 7-14 days to process the refund amount.
Kindly check and revert on the same and confirm back with the exact date of refund my security deposit back.
