Dear Sir,
I have recently connected JIO Air Fibre at my premises and since the day it has been installed, the connection is not stable. I have raised multiple complaints, multiple phone calls but these cheap people have always a scripted answer that the case is with backend team and they are working. It’s been more than 15 days of connection and my WFH is facing terrible issues due unstable internet. Additionally, when the wifi is connected to my phone through Jio Fibre it loose connectivity and phone goes into hibernation. Anyone who tries to reach me, it says the number is busy. Some of my office application do not work.
I need a stable connection to do my job but these scam people sold the product n not showing up.
I request you to please have this account cancelled and refund my money. I have been very stressed due to these people. Every time a new person on call with the scripted answer, they don’t have Manager they don’t have higher authority to speak with and every time new agent so narrate the whole story over again.
Sir, I request you to please give me the sake of my mind by helping me to get my money back which they are not willing to return.
