I got JioFiber connection in Bengaluru. At the time of installation, the agents said I will get the refund amount if I have to relocate in between and made me pay for 6 months. Last month when I raised a cancellation request, even then the customer care agent said I will the refund, so I cancelled the jiofiber connection. After 30 days I still didn’t get the refund. Now they are saying, you are not eligible for refund, only security deposit is refunded. This is perfect scam and fraud act. Beware people. I paid ₹4241 for 6 months – 599 plan, used it for 2 and half months. But I didn’t get refund, which would amount to more than ₹2000
