I booked Jio Fiber, paid Rs.1500 and used it under 30 day free trial, which finished on 10th March 2021. I contacted Jio Fiber customer care on 12th March to cancel my connection and refund my deposit of Rs.1500 but they told Rs.1000 is now used up as installation charge and Rs.500 is only refundable. So, I kept my connection and after 20 days they messaged me to recharge or they will deactivate my services. WHATT! Do I need to recharge compulsorily under 20 days? There is no information on their website or policy. No one informed me about this COMPULSORILY RECHARGE POLICY IN 20 DAYS at the time of booking my connection and now they want to cut off the connection.
I am complaining this to make people and system aware about such 20 day compulsory recharge policies. DISGUSTING AND DISAPPOINTED FROM JIO FIBER TEAM.
