Dear Sir/Madam,
Kindly inform you that, due to my new connection jio sales executive ( 9342997207 ) contacted me and visited my house after confirmation he logged into the new connection on 05/11/2021 and he got Rs.2500/- cash from me and he paid by online transaction mode from own account. After 2 days i received mail (09/11/2021),due to some issue my order cancelled cash will be refunded within 21 days. I contacted customer care last week and they confirmed cash refunded Successfully.But the Sales Executive did not return my cash and no response. He is cheating.Kindly verify and give me a proper solution and do needful as soon as possible.
