Hi Rhis is Aarthi,
My registered mobile number with Jio is 9962991978.
The engineer has picker up the router on 18-Sep-20 and informed me that i will get an OTP but i didn’t get any OTP.
While picking up the router i have provided my bank account details completely.
When i tried reaching the engineer his number is not reachable.His name is Om prakash and his contact number is 9994165161.
When i tried reaching the customer care they are informing that the router picked up details is still not updated in the system and asked to mail the account details to this email id.
I have been following on this from Sep month but not getting an response. Every time when i call the customer care they give an confirmation that i will get an update within 72 hours but i wont get an response and again i have to call them. This is an continuous process am following for these many months. Most of the time the customer service will disconnect the call while speaking.
I have provided the Bank account details completely to the customer care but not getting an proper response and so disappointed off with the service provided.
Still the refund amount of 4500 is not been credited,.
